Couples Therapy: healing relationship ruptures using emotionally-focused techniques to address communication issues, conflict resolution, and rebuild intimacy.
Perinatal Period: support and guidance for new parents navigating pre- and postpartum issues, including infertility, miscarriage, and perinatal mood disorders such as postpartum depression, anxiety, and OCD.
Military and First-Responder Community: personal understanding and support for service-members and their families affected by the changes that come with the deployment cycles and lifestyle stressors from these lines of work.
